We left Holt and decided to head straight to Kessick in the Lake district. It was a very pretty drive and on the way we stopped at the Castlerigg Stones which are just before Kessick and in a most beautiful area. We arrived in Kessick about 1-30 and had something to eat then we went to a car musuem and the Derwent Pencil Factory. We Settled into our very nice b and b and went back into town for tea and our walk.
