Today before we left Dover for Hastings we went to Dover Castle and the Secret War Tunnels. These tunnels have been there for hundreds of years and during world war 2 they were used by the british and Winston Churchill worked out of there.
From there we went on to the medievil town of Rye. There were lots of different buildings there and we walked on the cobblestoned street.
We arrived in Hastings and again had trouble finding a B and B so we stayed the night in the White Rock Hotel which was on the waterfront. Michael and I had the front room and we had a great view from our room of the pier
